Why you should be playing Diablo 3

When it comes to action RPGs few games distinguish themselves as Diablo. Diablo 1 was a very unique game with it’s drop down view and focus on itemization. It was so unique in fact, that games today are still trying to emulate it it (known as Diablo Clones). From that period, there have been many expansions to Diablo including a sequel called Diablo 2. Now the time has come for the third installment in the series (and the greatest) Diablo 3! This game improves on its children in all aspects of the game. It includes a new difficulty level known as Inferno that has monsters with a min level cap of 61 (whereas the player’s is 60), has Inferno specific items with unique skins and models, and generally tougher gameplay. Besides these changes, Diablo 3 also has several other universal changes to difficulty, such as less potions, less mana leech, etc. One of the main features of Diablo 3 will be the real-money action house where players can buy anything from gold, to items, to characters for real life money. This action was implemented by Blizzard so they could wipe out external shady sites that players had to resort to when buying Gold for money. Note this is optional and there is still a normal auction house for gold. PvP has also been improved in Diablo 3, with arenas getting Ladders and lots of variations to terrain and maps. This has not been confirmed yet but arena-game modes such as DOTA may be impemented in later updates to the game. Hardcore mode has returned in this game as well. Players that are killed on this mode are dead forever. This gosu only mode features gold-only auction house (so you don’t spend real money equipping your character only to have him die in a battle). Also, it has been confirrmed that the arena in Hardcore mode will NOT have permanent death. For more information regarding Diablo 3, please check my website over at Diablo 3.
